Job Description:

Intercom treats our website as a product. As the Staff PM for Web Growth, you’ll own the delivery of our growth strategy and performance of our entire web presence, including intercom.com and fin.ai. These sites are critical growth engines: they must deliver measurable results while setting the standard for user experience, clarity, and innovation. This is a high-impact role: you’ll combine deep analytical skills with strategic vision, identifying opportunities across CRO, demand generation, and funnel performance, and translating them into actionable roadmaps. You’ll also play a leadership role in mentoring other PMs and elevating the overall bar for growth excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own web growth strategy: Develop and evolve a holistic strategy for how our websites drive growth
  • Deeply understand performance: Analyze funnel trends and uncover insights that shape priorities
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities: Spot areas to optimise (CRO, SEO/AEO, page performance) and make clear tradeoffs to maximise impact
  • Drive outcomes: Translate analysis into clear priorities and partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver measurable results
  • Mentor and coach: Support the growth of other PMs by providing guidance, feedback, and best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally: Align product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics stakeholders around shared goals and sequencing

Requirements:

  • Experience in web growth: you’ve owned growth/product strategy for high-performing websites and can show measurable impact
  • Deeply analytical: skilled at using data to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel health, and guide strategy
  • Operationally minded: able to run complex programs end-to-end, lead other PMs / producers, and scale processes so the web team can ship consistently and at high quality
  • Strong collaborator and communicator: able to align diverse stakeholders with crisp, data-driven storytelling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-bar environment with ambitious goals and tight feedback loops
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up
  • We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen
  • Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work!
  • Pension scheme & match up to 4%
  • Peace of mind with life assurance, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance for you and your dependents
  • Flexible paid time off policy
  • Paid maternity leave, as well as 6 weeks paternity leave for fathers, to let you spend valuable time with your loved ones
  • If you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the Cycle-to-Work Scheme. With secure bike storage too
  • MacBooks are our standard, but we also offer Windows for certain roles when needed
