Job Responsibility:
Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
Build and nurture working relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teams
Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a Product Management role
Performed as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 years
Previous experience of building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-types
Experience working with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations
Demonstrated success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
A strong level of understanding frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
A systems thinker and pragmatic approach to solving for highly complex problems
Preferably based in EMEA timezone or up to +/- 3-4 hours
