Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Knowledge group is building the infrastructure that turns proprietary expertise into a product: a next-generation CMS, country knowledge base, and a scalable system for surfacing product and regulatory logic across Deel. Partner deeply with content, engineering, design, AI, support, legal, and GTM teams to build both backend systems and polished frontend experiences
Shape how knowledge is structured, stored, and distributed - from schema design to UX surface
Elevate Deel’s UI quality by using the Knowledge Hub as a flagship product for design and usability
Balance internal efficiency (CMS) with external delight (Hub, AI, and embedded surfaces)
Drive clarity and rhythm within the team — managing planning, priorities, and execution through structured but lightweight agile practices
Work with our Knowledge content team to ensure the highest quality knowledge content
