Job Description

As a Staff Product Manager for Deel's Integrations team, you will own the strategy and execution of integrations with highly strategic HR and finance platforms, driving alignment across multiple product teams and external partners. You will define the long-term vision for seamless 'plug-and-play' integrations with their favourite tools that automate their processes and eliminate manual entry. As a domain expert for integrations at Deel, you will shape how we build, scale, and evolve our integration capabilities to support our customer’s success.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for strategic integrations, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term scalability and technical excellence
  • Partner with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify integration opportunities and align cross-functional priorities
  • Drive discovery to deeply understand customer problems, evaluate solutions through the lens of feasibility, desirability, and viability, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring elegant solutions to intricate technical and business challenges
  • Define and track meaningful KPIs tied to OKRs, analyze results post-launch, and drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement
  • Build buy-in and influence roadmap priorities across multiple teams and verticals, rallying stakeholders around your vision
  • Work autonomously to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with speed while balancing technical debt

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (scale-up/start-up strongly preferred)
  • Deep technical expertise: APIs, domain-driven design, integration design patterns, and platform architecture
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex integrations that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to prioritize based on business value, market dynamics, and strategic positioning
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, partnerships, and business functions
  • Strategic thinker who can build compelling long-term vision while executing with Deel Speed and bias for action
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences through clear storytelling and data-driven narratives

  • 3+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise HRIS and ERP external payroll integrations, working closely with large customers and diverse stakeholder groups
