Job Description

We’re seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven immigration technology that enables fast, compliant, and automated visa case management across U.S. and global markets. This role demands someone who can hit the ground running, to envision and execute streamline visa case processing across both employer-sponsored and standalone immigration pathways—with a strong focus on compliance, speed, and user experience. You’ll work directly with C-level executives to shape the product vision, prioritise growth opportunities, and manage multiple senior stakeholder needs—all while delivering features that enhance global mobility, reduce processing time, and drive revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate complex legal and immigration frameworks (e.g., H-1B, PERM, L-1, O-1, global transfers) into intuitive, scalable platform experiences
  • Build and launch AI-powered, automation-first features for document parsing, eligibility checks, predictive timelines, and real-time compliance tracking
  • Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities
  • Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences
  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth
  • Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis
  • Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results
  • Embrace the opportunity to redefine the way people work globally and contribute to our journey of innovation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
  • Strong expertise in building products with complex compliance or regulatory considerations including HR tech, fintech, mobility or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
  • Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area
  • Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences
  • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth

Nice to have

Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus

What we offer

  • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location
  • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country
