About the Role: As a Staff Product Manager , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for building new connectors using AI and manage a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the roadmap for the future of Fivetran’s API connector development including leveraging AI to auto-generate connectors
  • Manage the product roadmap & backlog for the Lite connector portfolio by balancing new connector development, and adding new features to existing connectors
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and customer research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements
  • Partner with & lead cross-functional teams across various functions to execute the product roadmap
  • Establish and oversee the tracking of various product health metrics, ensuring that the connectors remain well-aligned with customer requirements & Fivetran’s product principles
  • Evangelize the success of your initiatives both internally and externally

Requirements

  • Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results
  • Experience leveraging LLMs for a variety of tasks
  • Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
