We’re seeking a Product Lead to lead the cross-functional teams responsible for our Trust & Safety initiatives. You’ll own the vision and product strategy that defines how we can keep our consumers as well as dealers safe and what tools we will need for our customer support team to enable smooth operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Trust & Safety at mobile.de, working with teams that you manage as well with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Define and communicate a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap that helps to align teams and stakeholders behind a plan
  • Be part of a cross-functional steering group for Trust & Safety at mobile.de
  • Work with our Customer Support teams to ensure they have the right tools and data to help our consumers and dealers
  • Own and expand our product KPI framework for Trust & Safety and represent the topic towards stakeholders
  • Apply technology thoughtfully (including AI/ML where it adds measurable value) to improve user experience, platform security and operations efficiency
  • Secure resources, sequence work, and ensure accountability on roadmap and OKRs
  • communicate decisions with clarity and evidence

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in product management or similar position in fraud fighting (marketplaces or automotive domains are a plus)
  • Proven track record leading teams involved in Trust & Safety, ideally in a high fraud risk environment
  • Experience mentoring people and driving cross-functional teams
