Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced product manager to own our expert contributor product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has led product initiatives within fast-moving, real-world marketplaces where supply and demand must be continuously balanced, operational efficiency is critical, and user experience directly impacts growth. They understand how to build and optimize multi-sided marketplaces that maintain healthy economics, drive sustained engagement and retention, and deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define product strategy, build features, and run experiments that optimize marketplace outcomes, driving matching efficiency, fulfillment quality, conversion, retention, and unit economics
  • Partner closely with Operations, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM teams to refine marketplace dynamics across supply, demand, pricing, incentives, and quality

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience building products for the gig economy, focused on supply-side onboarding, lifecycle management, user experience, quality, and other aspects
  • Strong SaaS UI/UX design sense and product-building experience
  • Experience working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry
  • Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice

Nice to have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years working on marketplace, logistics, supply/demand, or growth systems
  • Experience from a marketplace or platform-based organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision-making, experimentation, and portfolio tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with data science and engineering to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes
  • Deep intuition and rigor around user behavior, incentives, and marketplace mechanics
