Define and maintain the CIX export intelligence product vision and roadmap across SGM and SGMW origin vehicles, starting with SK and MEO and expanding to additional GMI regions over time
Own the product backlog and FROP for Intelligent Driving, Intelligent Cockpit/HMI, and Connectivity/OnStar for export: features, experiences, integration patterns, and performance targets
Ensure that export vehicles deliver China-grade intelligent capability and cohesive experiences, not downgraded versions of what exists in China
Work with GMI export and regional teams to understand market needs, competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, and customer expectations—especially where regions may not yet have fully formed views
Translate qualitative input and early-stage asks into structured, prioritized product requirements and experience definitions suitable for SGM/SGMW engineering and GMNA platform teams
Identify opportunities where China innovation in OnStar, Intelligent Safety, cockpit and app experiences can be adapted and exported as differentiators for GMI markets
Partner with UX/HMI and engineering teams to establish exportable HMI patterns and guidelines (e.g., leveraging China HMI on VIP/global vehicles where appropriate)
Define experience KPIs (e.g., usage, satisfaction, adoption) and ensure they are embedded into program requirements and launch criteria
Align SGM and SGMW on common product solutions and reuse patterns (features, HMI, integration approaches) where it reduces cost, churn, and time-to-market while respecting JV-specific needs
Requirements
8–10+ years of product management or closely related experience in software, connected vehicles, automotive, mobility, or technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design/UX, or related field
Proven experience defining and launching complex, cross-functional products that span embedded software, cloud platforms, and digital experiences

Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including the ability to explain product decisions and trade-offs to senior leaders, regional partners, and JV engineering teams
Strong influence and collaboration skills across organizations and cultures, including working with joint ventures and global platform teams
