Job Description:

Staff (or Senior) Product Engineer – Enterprise. This is a staff-level, hands-on product engineering role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys working on complex product problems. The focus is on building out enterprise features such as: access control and permissions, user and account management, enterprise workflows and configuration. This is not a security role. The work is about designing and implementing scalable, well-thought-through product functionality that enterprise customers rely on every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning and building full-stack product features end to end
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-focused capabilities (roles, permissions, user models, etc.)
  • Working closely with product and design from early discovery through to launch
  • Helping shape architecture and technical direction as the product scales
  • Acting as a senior technical leader — influencing decisions, unblocking others, and raising the bar without people management

Requirements:

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience
  • Background building enterprise-grade SaaS features
  • Experience working on access control, permissions, user models, or similarly complex product areas
  • Comfortable operating at Staff level — high ownership, sound judgment, and technical leadership
  • Product-minded, with an eye for usability and long-term maintainability
What we offer:

extremely strong equity (with real liquidity history)
