Staff Product Designer

• Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application used across multiple operational teams
• Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations
• Partner with product, engineering, and data to define, design, and deliver features that improve operational efficiency and transparency
• Create new interaction patterns and frameworks to replace legacy workflows
• Lead the development of a dedicated design system for internal tools, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and consistency across multiple modules
• The tool’s users are international, and you’ll have direct access to their needs and feedback to prototype and test early and often
• Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery in a phased rollout environment

• 7+ years of experience working with product teams to ship complex tools or consumer products
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills
• Proven experience designing for data-rich or workflow-heavy products (e.g., dashboards, internal tools, admin interfaces)
• Belief that internal tools can be both functional and beautiful—attention to craft, detail, and usability
• You’re curious—you work from customer needs first and use your work to explore multiple possible solutions
• Experience building or maintaining design systems from the ground up is a plus
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
• Excellent communication skills—able to work and communicate effectively with international partners, and to translate technical and operational complexity into intuitive experiences
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required

Experience building or maintaining design systems from the ground up is a plus
