Define the Design Foundation of a 0→1 Platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape a Greenfield platform from the ground up, taking a founding design leadership role on a complex, multi-sided product with global reach. As a Staff Product Designer at Easygo, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and craft solving deeply complex, data-rich problems while influencing product direction at the highest level. You’ll work closely with senior Product and Engineering leaders, define design standards that scale, and see your work drive real, measurable business impact. All of this happens in a fast-moving, founder-led environment that values autonomy, excellence, and bold thinking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver complex, high-quality interfaces including multi-step workflows, client dashboards, admin and internal tooling, content and user hubs, and analytics and reporting experiences
  • Help define and build a complete design system from scratch, including component libraries, interaction patterns, layout and grid systems, and documentation for scale and reuse
  • Translate user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints into clear, actionable design decisions that drive engagement, reduce friction, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Conduct or collaborate on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate hypotheses and inform product direction
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities, define success metrics, and ensure strong alignment between design, product strategy, and business goals

  • Balance competing priorities across multiple user personas while maintaining coherence and consistency across the platform
  • Design for scale and internationalisation, considering global audiences, varied content types, accessibility standards, and future growth
  • Champion experimentation and innovation, continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through interface and systems design
  • Help foster an inclusive, curious, and collaborative environment where high-quality design can thrive

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in product design, with proven ownership of complex, end-to-end design initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience delivering 0→1 product launches where you defined the design vision and execution
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, fintech, or multi-sided marketplaces with multiple user types and competing needs
  • A portfolio showcasing complex B2B products, sophisticated dashboards and data visualisation, multi-step workflows, and complete design systems shipped to production

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, strategy, and impact
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect design outcomes to business and product metrics
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balances multiple complex priorities with confidence
