As a Staff Product Designer, your impact is measured not just by what you ship, but by the evolution of our entire design organization. Job Responsibility:
Define the next paradigm for Autonomous Agent experiences
Identify systemic problems before they become failures
Drive high-stakes, complex design initiatives
Set the quality bar for the design organization
Influence product strategy through design rigor
Build reusable frameworks and interaction models
Partner with design leadership on organizational direction, hiring standards, and evolving the design function
Act as a force multiplier, raising the standards of the team
Requirements:
8+ years of product design experience with a clear record of increasing organizational and product scope
A portfolio demonstrating cross-product, systems-level impact
Deep expertise in AI-native interaction design
Mastery of AI tools as a core design medium (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable)
The ability to create clarity from chaos
Executive-level communication skills
Organizational influence without authority
World-class visual design and 'invisible' UX skills
A proven track record of making other designers better
