Requirements

Experience designing products with high degrees of complexity and cross-product interdependencies
Navigating spaces, and 0-1 products that are ambiguous and require a high degree of cross-team coordination
Has the ability to bring various stakeholders, getting their feedback, and bringing them all together to create amazing products
Portfolio that demonstrates products with complex end-to-end thinking and dependencies
Has experience working in an environment of lightweight and rapid experiments and iterations
Has worked in environments of experimentation where product goals may not have a clearly defined end state
Worked (even briefly) with or in large enterprises so the pace of working with these companies is not foreign
Experience working in organizations with robust design systems
Has worked on products from concept to code (end-to-end)
Comfortable with user research (running user tests & analyzing data, experience with evaluative and generative research)

Job Responsibility

Own the end-to-end design efforts for complex products
Providing design leadership within a team by collaborating with product managers, analysts, researchers, writers, and engineering partners to create outstanding customer experiences
Deliver multiple projects simultaneously through robust communication and time management skills
Participate in and analyze extensive customer research to identify insights that will ultimately provide customer value and delight
Leverage iterative prototyping to quickly test concepts and learn from customers
Drive design decisions through data by partnering with our analytics team
Participate in and promote a culture of detailed feedback rooted in first principles, design rationale, customer data, and industry best practices
Effectively present and communicate your designs and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
Provide mentorship to junior designers from a craft, and cross-discipline partnership perspective

MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent hands-on expertise
Strong technical fluency in GenAI ecosystems: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG systems, embeddings, structured output modeling
Hands-on experience working with AI/ML teams on model lifecycle: evaluation, A/B testing, fine-tuning, and post-deployment monitoring

7+ years of professional experience designing and successfully shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products at scale
Expert-level experience in leading, building, scaling, and governing a large-scale, enterprise-grade Design System
Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., React, HTML/CSS) sufficient to influence technical implementation decisions
Expertise in ensuring design decisions are implemented consistently in code through Design Token Management tools like Figma Tokens or Style Dictionary
