7+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products at scale

Job Responsibility

Define and drive the long-term design vision and strategy for major, cross-functional product domains within the FloQast platform
Act as the principal designer translating complex AI capabilities and enterprise requirements into intuitive, high-trust, and scalable experiences
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership to define the product roadmap and architecture
Set the bar for design quality across the entire platform and guide the evolution of the design system
Design and lead high-impact research initiatives that deepen the organization's understanding of users' unmet needs
Own execution on the most complex, ambiguous projects, driving them to completion
