Job Description:

As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in advising on prescriptions, managing chronic and specialty conditions, and ensuring patient safety. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee operations while delivering exceptional care to patients, demonstrating compassion, and fostering a team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
Supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy
Keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs
Leading with Heart by displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues
Motivating, inspiring and developing Pharmacy Support Staff
Identifying critical business opportunities and contributing to meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
Successfully implementing solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals
Adapting to change and adjusting plans for success
Seeking new ways to grow, collaborate and deliver better outcomes
Actively contributing to a ‘team’ culture

Requirements:

Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
