Job Responsibility:
Manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Oversee the pharmacy as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts without overlap
Strengthen pharmacy performance measures through effective coaching and follow-up
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations
Support effective management of pharmacy inventory
Ensure pharmacy operations are compliant with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs
Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills
Support access to care through pharmacist delivered clinical care
Understand and comply with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations
Requirements:
Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Nice to have:
1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work in other locations across the market as business needs require
