Job Description:

The role involves improving patient health through safe and appropriate healthcare practices, managing pharmacy operations, coaching the pharmacy team, delivering immunizations, maintaining compliance, and supporting clinical patient care services.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and improving patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Overseeing the pharmacy in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager
Supporting safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Delivering immunizations to patients
Managing pharmacy inventory
Ensuring compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
Participating in pharmacy scheduling
Seeking opportunities to expand knowledge to better support patients
Supporting clinical care services such as testing and prescribing
Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and professional standards

Requirements:

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Nice to have:

1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work in other locations across the market as business needs require
