Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Staff People Systems Analyst to drive our people systems roadmap and execution, focusing on thought leadership, system configuration, process automation, enhancing self-service capabilities, systems integrations, and integrating AI-driven solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and articulate a vision for HR/people systems architecture
  • stay abreast of trends, emerging HR technologies, and best practices in system design and implementation
  • lead the technical configuration, testing, and deployment of HR/people systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • conduct regular system audits and performance tuning
  • identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology
  • design and implement automated solutions within HR/people systems
  • drive initiatives to improve employee and manager self-service capabilities
  • explore and implement AI-driven solutions within or integrated with HR systems
  • collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to define integration strategies
  • manage vendor relationships and external partners on system implementation

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on techno-functional roles
  • expertise in configuring and optimizing a major HR/People Systems platform (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, etc)
  • certification in relevant systems is a plus
  • proven experience in process automation and workflow design within HR systems
  • demonstrated ability to drive self-service initiatives and improve user experience
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
  • ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences
  • self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving work independently and identifying opportunities for improvement without explicit direction
