We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with excellent values to work in our team. There are vacancies on all inpatient wards on the Carleton Clinic site - situated in Cumbria. You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and work well within a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently, whilst remaining focused on providing a person centred approach to care and treatment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high quality nursing care for the cohort of patients on the ward
Contribute to the assessment, care planning, review and discharge process
Ensure that patients are receiving high quality, evidence based care
Contribute to the daily activity on the ward
Have opportunity to be involved in multiple different care tasks
Requirements:
Professional Nursing qualification e.g.RMN/RNMH/ RNLD
Continued professional development
Post registration clinical experience
Successfully completed the OSCE exam
Experience of working with service users with complex mental health/learning disability needs
