We are now seeking experienced Staff Nurse to provide high standards of care and support in a professional manner for service users.
Job Responsibility:
Work in line with care and support plans and be compliant with CQC, Derbyshire County Council and Clinical Commissioning Group Regulations and emh care and support policies and procedures
Adhere to all NMC guidelines and implement them within the home, to maintain and improve professional knowledge in line of revalidation
Be responsible for the assessment of service user’s needs, development, implementation and evaluation of care plans as a named nurse
Take lead of a shift prioritising yours and others work loads, monitoring the progress of support workers through supervisions
Work in a dignified person centred manner respecting service user’s rights
Requirements:
Good understanding of: CQC requirements, policies and procedures, contemporary research and evidence based practice, safeguarding both adults & children and Infection prevention & control compliance
Ability to manage workload, implement change and promote team working and manage potential conflict
Awareness of Equal Opportunities when supporting people with learning disabilities
Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act
Hold a current registration under the NMC
Experience as a registered nurse
