Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents
  • Promote a caring and respectful environment that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff
  • Encourage independence and dignity in care practices
  • Support inspections and audits to maintain top standards
  • Act as Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • A third-level degree in Nursing
  • Registered with An Bord Altranais with an active PIN
  • Valid certification (or willingness to train) in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care, etc.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care
  • Flexibility to work day, night & weekend shifts
