  • Collaborate with attending physicians to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care
  • Perform daily hospital rounds, review labs and imaging, and manage clinical progress independently and in consultation with the attending
  • Document daily inpatient progress notes and coordinate multidisciplinary discharge planning
  • Participate in and lead quality-improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Provide preoperative and postoperative patient management and education
  • Serve as first assist in Cardiovascular surgery cases — including robotic, minimally invasive, vein harvesting and open procedures
