Job Description:

Sales, Distribution and Business Development role focused on understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. Responsible for implementing distribution strategy and driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Selling banking products and services to potential customers
Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products
Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
Handling customer-related problems and complaints
Being able to work individually or in a team
Always comply to HSBC rules

Requirements:

Indonesia Citizen only
Minimum education S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable
Fresh Graduate / experience as sales force in financial industry
Financial literate with wide understanding on bank's product range asset, liabilities and investment
Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank's product to meet their financial objective within their risk profile
Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling
Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work
