Job Description:

This part-time, permanent role is vital to the smooth daily operation of our establishment. As a Staff Member, you will be the face of Leon Kennedy Limited, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will work closely with the team to maintain a welcoming environment and assist in various catering and hospitality tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces
  • Support stock management by receiving deliveries and assisting with inventory checks
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables promptly to ensure a smooth customer flow
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues swiftly
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve skills and service quality

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as required
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and payments accurately
