The Staff IT specialist will support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience working people to understand an application that requires a level of expertise to operate. Clear explanations, patience with user issues and quick responses are critical. Our team will train the candidate on all aspects of the user interactions. There is a lot of opportunity to grow beyond the help desk into cloud engineering and software development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end user support for a custom application that is used by 3000+ users
  • Support users with application configuration, configuration resets, data export, application use and other end user questions
  • Provide clear explanations, patience with user issues and quick responses

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a help desk person or customer support team
  • Without a Degree, 4 years of direct experience
  • Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly
  • Experience with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through support to customer issues and needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Mobile application support
  • Experience providing the “customers” voice to the testing process
