Job Description:

Plaud is building the next generation intelligence infrastructure and interfaces to capture, extract, and utilize intelligence from what people say, hear, see, and think. The role is within the Global Product R&D Center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the overall planning and architecture design from the front-end foundational technology stack to core product capabilities
  • drive the high-quality implementation of technical solutions and continuously enhancing the platform’s technical competitiveness and user experience
  • drive the continuous evolution of front-end foundational frameworks and engineering capabilities
  • applying new technologies and ideas in real business scenarios to improve system performance, stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
  • collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and algorithm teams to make sound technical decisions amid complex business requirements and uncertainty
  • ensure efficient execution and delivery of solutions

Requirements:

  • Solid front-end engineering foundation
  • familiar with Web/H5 application development
  • able to use mainstream frameworks such as Vue/React to build high-performance Web applications
  • has some experience in server-side development
  • familiar with Node.js or other backend languages (such as Java / Python / Go)
  • understands front-end and back-end collaboration and overall system design
  • highly sensitive to User Experience and product performance
  • with good capabilities in browser and mobile interaction implementation and optimization
  • possesses strong technical judgment and problem decomposition abilities
  • capable of advancing the resolution of key technical issues in complex scenarios
  • has good communication and collaboration skills
  • strong self-motivation
  • able to continuously drive things forward in uncertainty
