Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React to join our development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers and backend developers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our web applications. If you also possess JavaScript backend skills, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to backend development as well.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design and development of high-quality, reusable, and efficient React components for our web applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive user interfaces
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility
Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the two layers
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and consistency across the development team
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our products
Drive architectural decisions and work on improving the overall frontend infrastructure
Collaborate with product managers to define and implement product features and roadmaps.

Requirements:

Extensive proficiency in React and its core principles, with a proven track record of leading complex frontend projects
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers such as Vite and npm
Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in mentoring junior engineers and driving technical development.

Nice to have:

Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Express.js
Knowledge of database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
Understanding of server-side development and API design
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
