THE ROLE: The Staff Analyst will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and serve as a key member of the AI Group (AIG) Finance team. This role acts as a finance partner to the AI and GPU business, supporting Cloud and Hyperscaler engagements, Contract Review Board (CRB) management, and deal-related financial analysis. The position sits at the intersection of finance and business operations—providing financial modeling, contract analysis, and reporting to support commercial decision-making. This role will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Legal, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to evaluate deal economics, ensure alignment on financial assumptions, and support execution through the deal lifecycle. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. THE PERSON: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who is comfortable working directly with business partners on commercial and operational topics. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of core finance and accounting concepts, and the ability to translate contract terms into financial outcomes. You are a self-starter with a strong ownership mindset, capable of balancing structured FP&A responsibilities with deal-driven analysis. The successful candidate communicates clearly, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and timelines are often compressed.
