Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer at Aspora, you’ll be a central technical force shaping the backend architecture that powers our global banking platform. This is a deeply hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and scale systems that serve millions of users across markets. You’ll work on large, ambiguous problems, break them down into clear technical direction, and partner closely with product, design, and operations to bring high-impact features to life. As one of the senior-most Individual Contributors in the team, you’ll raise the technical bar, mentor engineers, and influence engineering culture and decision-making across pods.
