Requirements

7+ years frontend experience with advanced React + TypeScript expertise
Deep experience leading technical projects and web architecture at scale
Strong cross-functional skills and UX sensibility
Proven ability to scale code quality, testing, and dev experience
Comfortable working across the stack with backend APIs and infrastructure teams

Job Responsibility

Lead web architecture across surfaces growth flows, dashboards, admin tooling
Own complex, cross-cutting initiatives from UX to performance and accessibility
Drive frontend best practices and shared systems across squads
Collaborate deeply with product and design to bring bold ideas to life
Support junior and senior engineers alike through mentorship and design reviews

Requirements

Proven track record as a frontend or full stack technical lead
Strong grasp of frontend architecture, design systems, and developer experience
Strong grasp of backend systems and databases
Familiar with SQL
Experience or interest in taking an AI-forward approach to development
Clear written and verbal communication

Job Responsibility

Define clean abstractions, patterns, and design systems that make it easy for future collaborators to extend the Console confidently
Write and optimize the SQL queries that power the Console—understanding what’s indexed, what’s materialized, and how data flows through the system
Evolving the Console’s frontend architecture and creating a reference design for how to build data-intensive UIs on top of Materialize
Continuously improve testing, performance, and CI/CD practices
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and database engineers to shape intuitive, data-driven interfaces to manage and operate Materialize
Mentor and support other engineers as the team grows. Help establish shared standards and technical direction

Requirements

8–12+ years shipping production systems at staff/expert level
Deep, current Ruby on Rails expertise (monolith, Postgres, Sidekiq, etc.)
Full-stack ownership – comfortable going DB to API to responsive UI
Real payments/fintech experience (PCI, ACH, bank APIs, accounting integrations, compliance workflows)

Job Responsibility

Designing and shipping core payments and money-movement features
Building rock-solid integrations with banks, accounting platforms, ERPs, and property management systems
Owning features from database schema to background jobs to Hotwire UI
