We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Staff Engagement, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to join our HR management team and support us in delivering our People Strategy and be ‘a great place to work, learn and progress’. Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or a coaching, wellbeing, engagement or inclusion qualification (or equivalent knowledge)
  • Current experience of frameworks and strategies
  • Strong understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion (including legislation and best practice)
  • Honed communication skills to produce high quality written content
  • Digitally literate
  • Excellent networking and collaboration skills
  • Confident analysing data and using insights to drive decisions
