Job Description

As a Staff Employee Officer at Randstad GCC, you play a crucial role in keeping talents healthy and returning them to work. You work with your own caseload where you advise and guide managers and talents through the absenteeism process during the first six weeks of absence. If you have a passion for everything related to absenteeism, enjoy having a lot of contact with people, and want to help sick talents get back on their feet as quickly as possible, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibility

  • Managing your own caseload during the first six weeks of talent absence
  • Taking on administrative tasks related to the decisions of the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency)
  • Checking invoices
  • Ensuring accurate recording of your conversations and case notes

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in Hungary is mandatory
  • Available for a minimum of 40 hours/week
  • Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have

Experience in a customer contact function is a plus
