Work across multiple teams to deliver exceptional, user-centric solutions. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering – you’ll be responsible for elevating the way the product looks, feels and works while shaping the way designers and engineers collaborate to deliver experiences rapidly. This role focuses on our GRC product, which helps customers scale their compliance programs with streamlined workflows, AI assistance, and continuous control monitoring.
Job Responsibility:
Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components
identify and solve complex, high-impact user experience problems, leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
prototype, iterate, and ship features
partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to rapidly prototype product requirements
champion quality, accessibility, and performance
set a high bar for code quality and UI polish, conduct design/code reviews, and guide other engineers
provide design systems feedback and contribute net new components
advocate for and mentor other designers and engineers
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in front-end or UI engineering
fluent in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS)
deep knowledge of browser fundamentals and performance tuning
strong programming skills
experience with application development
excellent troubleshooting skills
proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence without authority
strong communication skills
self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
ability to mentor other engineers or designers
open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work
