The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of integrity. The Staff Demand Supply Analyst role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Drive NPI operational readiness to meet customer requirements by partnering with cross-functional teams to establish program plans, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies for time-sensitive product launches
Own end-to-end supply and demand management for multiple components, ensuring optimal performance across inventory, cost, service levels, and supply continuity
Lead collaboration across manufacturing, product development, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful prototype builds and product launches
Plan, schedule, and manage material readiness for development builds, including supplier coordination, delivery tracking, and validation of incoming material quality
Monitor and report materials clear to build status, proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution to ensure operational readiness
Coordinate with procurement managers and suppliers to improve supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and ensure continuity of supply throughout development and production ramp
Analyze business trends, demand patterns, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to support customer allocation priorities and balance supply with evolving demand requirements
Track and manage inventory across NPI or MP phases, minimizing aging, excess stock, and supply risk
Ensure production, planning, and supply chain teams are prepared for mass production ramp-up, enabling smooth transition from development to high-volume manufacturing
Identify and resolve complex cross-organizational operational and technical challenges, developing practical solutions that support business and program objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and Data Systems or equivalent and a minimum 5 years of work experience (Alternatively a Masters and 3+ years of experience)
Knowledge of business operations, including forecasting, procurement and material management
Extremely strong spreadsheet, modeling and visualization skills (Excel, Python, and Tableau specifically)

Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environment
