Job Description:

Checkr is building the data platform to power safe and fair decisions. Established in 2014, Checkr’s innovative technology and robust data platform help customers assess risk and ensure safety and compliance to build trusted workplaces and communities. This role involves driving user acquisition, activation, and retention by leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to turbocharge growth metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Define north-star growth metrics, design A/B tests, and run rapid experiments to boost conversion and reduce churn
Leverage LLMs and GenAI frameworks to accelerate data exploration, prototype predictive models, generate hypotheses, and build the right pipelines to automate it all
Collaborate with Eng, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Design to launch ML-powered features (e.g., personalized onboarding flows, predictive lead scoring, recommendation)
Build and deploy models in production

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on data science or machine learning or growth analytics experience in a fast-scaling B2B/SaaS
Fluent in Python, SQL, and modern MLOps and data CI/CD practices
Knows your math
Proven track record designing and running high-impact experiments that move key growth metrics
Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, automated feature generation, prompt engineering, MCPs) to supercharge productivity
Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
can lead Exec conversations
