Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Data Science Group - an exceptional data scientist who thrives on tackling complex problems, owning solutions end-to-end, leading projects, and leveraging ML and GenAI to drive business value at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on the full ML and GenAI lifecycle including data processing, exploratory data analysis, benchmark creation, feature engineering, diverse LLMs and agents, modeling/fine-tuning, evaluation, and more
  • Ensure reliable model deployment and continuous monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with talented colleagues including DSs, engineers, and product
  • Communicate findings, propose new solutions, and explore new opportunities to facilitate impact and help us grow

Requirements

  • 6+ years of industry experience
  • A track record of delivering ML/AI projects and communicating their value
  • Strong hands-on experience with the full machine learning cycle (data processing, error analysis, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures
  • Great coding skills (Python, SQL, and engineering design practices)
  • Experience deploying production-level code in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, etc.)
  • An entrepreneurial mentality
  • excited to work with product and business teams to identify new opportunities and lead their development end-to-end
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • An MSc degree (PhD advantage) in computer science, mathematics, or another STEM field
