Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from requirement discovery and product design to delivery and iteration
  • Define and evolve core data products, including Big Data Portal, A/B testing platforms, user profile, and user journey analytics
  • Proactively collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across product, analytics, user ops, data science, and AI teams
  • Translate business and analytical needs into clear product roadmaps, PRDs, and delivery plans
  • Work closely with data platform, data engineering, backend, and front-end teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
  • Manage scope, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams and external partners
  • Define success metrics and continuously improve data quality, usability, and adoption of data products

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager, Product Manager (Data/Platform), or equivalent role
  • Strong understanding of big data ecosystems, such as data warehouses/lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, and analytics platforms
  • Proven experience working with data engineers, platform engineers, and software engineers in complex, multi-team environments
  • Hands-on experience defining data products such as analytics platforms, experimentation systems, user analytics, or data portals
  • Strong ability to translate business problems into structured data product requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, user behavior analytics, and experimentation methodologies
  • Experience supporting Data Science or AI/ML teams with data platforms or feature pipelines
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and access control in large-scale data environments
  • Experience in fast-growing, data-driven internet or AI-enabled companies
