Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Staff Data Analyst for our AdTech team. The Data Analyst, will be responsible for optimizing our commercial and product strategies through data-driven insights. This role will collaborate closely with the commercial, product, and engineering teams, and regional analytics teams to analyze the efficacy and areas of improvement of the Ad product portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Decision Making: Guide critical commercial decisions by transforming raw data into actionable strategic insights
  • Performance Monitoring: Architect robust KPI frameworks and tools to assess business health and continuously monitor performance trends
  • Advanced Analysis: Build and optimize predictive machine learning models to uncover behavioral drivers, foresee challenges, and identify revenue opportunities
  • Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex technical findings into compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and align with organizational strategy
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to define data standards and establish global guidelines for data consumption
  • Communication: Present high-level recommendations to senior leadership with clarity to drive immediate business action

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a decision enablement role, with a focus on user retention for technology-driven consumer facing companies
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, Sci-kit Learn, Pytorch, Spark, Vertex AI, Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL)
  • Experience with adversarial validation, anomaly detection, counterfactual modelling, classification, clustering, optimization techniques, geo-localised experimentation etc.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including CRM, paid search, social media, and content marketing
