An opportunity has arisen in our Staff Cafe, located in Bettys Bakery and we are looking for a Staff Cafe Assistant to join us to cook and serve breakfast, lunches and snacks to around 160 people throughout the day on different shift patterns. As a Staff Cafe Assistant you will be responsible for preparing and cooking hot food, soups, salads and sandwiches, maintain high food safety procedures, cleaning and some serving. You will also be required to support the team with menu planning and ordering. This is a full-time role working 40 hours with a shift pattern between the hours of 4am - 4pm, over 5 days and includes paid and unpaid breaks, with the majority of the shifts starting between 6.30 and 7.30am. Some weekends and bank holidays will be required on rotation with the team.
