Job Responsibility:
Brand Craft & Systems: Design and evolve the visual language of the Harvey brand across marketing and company touch points while developing scalable systems, templates, and libraries that balance rigor with flexibility
Campaigns & integrated Marketing: Concept and execute creative for global campaigns across digital, out-of-home, print, and experiential
Digital Experience: Design and evolve Harvey’s website and key digital experiences and partner closely with engineering to ensure pixel-level precision in implementation
Strategic Guidance: Provide strong visual direction to junior and mid-level designers, giving clear, thoughtful feedback that improves both the work and the designer
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Design, Content, and Leadership
Requirements:
8–10+ years of brand design experience in high-quality, craft-driven environments
A portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, hierarchy, composition, and art direction
Proven ability to design across web, print, OOH, experiential, presentations, and campaign systems
Experience leading projects from concept through final execution
Strong art direction instincts, including photography, layout, and visual storytelling
High level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work quickly and decisively in fast-paced environments
Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining standards

Motion design literacy or ability to art direct motion
