As a Staff Backend Engineer specializing in Golang, you will serve as a key technical leader, driving the design, scalability, and reliability of our backend platforms. Job Responsibility:
Architect and design scalable, resilient, high-performance backend systems using AWS cloud-native services
Develop and deploy production-grade Golang solutions that are efficient, secure, and maintainable
Lead technical initiatives through mentorship, code reviews, and strong engineering best practices
Design and implement APIs and microservices, including RESTful and event-driven architectures
Improve system reliability through observability, monitoring, and incident-response frameworks
Solve complex challenges in performance, scalability, and distributed systems
Requirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of hands-on Golang development
Strong expertise in AWS and architecting large-scale, distributed systems using services like ECS/EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS
Deep experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proven technical leadership through mentoring, guiding teams, and driving large-scale initiatives
Solid focus on reliability, observability, secure coding practices, and CI/CD/DevOps workflows
