Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Attorney to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. Our firm specializes in high-profile litigation cases, including class actions and mass actions, and has been recognized for securing billions in settlements and judgments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and arguments
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review and production
  • Prepare motions and briefs that align with case objectives and legal standards
  • Represent clients in litigation proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf
  • Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay informed about legal precedents and developments relevant to assigned cases

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
  • Proven experience in civil litigation or plaintiff-side legal work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and litigation processes
