Staff Accountant

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant. The position is hybrid in Pompano Beach, FL. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000. Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations; Support month-end and year-end close processes; Prepare and maintain financial reports and schedules; Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities; Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts; Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed; Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures; Assist with audit requests and documentation preparation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred; Industry experience in Infrastructure & Equipment preferred; CPA track or prior public accounting experience is a plus, but not required; Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems preferred; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
