Staff Accountant

• Prepare journal entries related to payroll in PDI
• Calculate and record payroll accruals for fiscal periods
• Reconcile General Ledger Balance Sheet accounts using Blackline
• Analyze payroll data and generate financial reports for management
• Ensure payroll transactions are compliant with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation of internal controls and support audit processes including payroll, internal control, and year-end financial statement audits
• Monitor and implement changes in accounting standards and payroll regulations, ensuring proper documentation and training

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll accounting or general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and payroll integration
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to manage confidential financial data with integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
