Staff Accountant

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct inter-company accounting and reconciliations to maintain consistency across organizational entities
• Generate consolidated financial statements and assist in their analysis
• Reconcile balance sheets and address discrepancies in a timely manner
• Oversee fixed asset accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Participate in forecasting and financial modeling efforts to support strategic planning
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel to streamline accounting workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects to improve financial processes
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required
• Certifications such as CPA or CMA, either in progress or completed, are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Excel skills is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• High level of initiative and a strong drive to achieve results
