Job Description:

This role primarily involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries within the accounting industry. You will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations
Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger
Assist with the month end close process
Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for accounting tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
Familiarity with General Ledger management
Expertise in creating and managing Journal Entries
Experience in Month End Close procedures
Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software
Proficiency in Oracle financial software
Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Familiarity with SAP financial software
