Job Description:

Detail-oriented Staff Accountant for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in South Phoenix, AZ. This role involves key accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close processes.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and post accurate journal entries
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting
Analyze financial data and support reporting using Excel and ERP systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of professional accounting experience
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and reporting functions
