Job Responsibility

  • Ensure timely collections, accurate payment records, and resolve outstanding balances through direct customer communication
  • Review daily remittance advices, categorize deductions, and process high volumes of credit memos
  • Oversee data flow between internal platforms and ERP system, including importing and reconciling accounts payable invoices
  • Summarize expense reimbursements, calculate broker commissions monthly, and maintain supplier payment schedules
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze inventory accounting and cost of goods sold
  • Prepare reconciliations and documentation for month-end close and year-end audits
  • Contribute to accurate reporting through account analysis and ledger reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a similar role with exposure to multiple accounting functions
  • Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Working knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments
