Provide accounting, analysis and financial support to one or more project managers. Prepare and process invoices and contract documents. Maintain client and subconsultant contract documents. Assist with vendor invoice and data posting. Assist with project setup/budgeting. Assist with accounts receivable collection. Assist with research and resolution of client questions. Interpret and prepare project reports for use by project managers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an engineering/architectural setting preferred
Gain an understanding of the scope and areas of work included within contract management, as well as other contractual requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to initiate the task management process
Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
Ability to multi task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Proven experience with software programs used in the industry, Deltek/AJERA preferred
